Bike security in college is very important, I’ve made some illistrations showing proper chaining up of bicycles.
Wrong, wheel can be taken off.
Wrong, Wizards can shrink bike so chains simply fall off, then resize it and sell it online.
Right, no parts can be removed and only wizards with level 12 Smelting skills can steal bike.
I hope you learned something.

I searched my PDF Player’s Handbook 3.5 to be sure of this, but it contains neither a Wizard/Sorcerer spell nor any variety of skill for any class called “Smelting.” In what manual did you find it?
Have you seen the bike in the tree in the Tappan/Emerson/that other hall compound? It fascinates me.
I haven’t seen that one, but I have seen several that level 0 thieves can steal.
