Because I don’t like spending money, and often question the spending habits of friends, I am sometimes called the JMan. I’m not sure how that relates to my frugality, but it sounds a lot like GMan, the name of everyone’s favorite character from Half Life. I’m playing through Half Life 2 on the x-box and have been taking extra care to look in those random, out-of-the-way places for him. Here is a video showing a bunch of places he shows up in game.

I also found this video, apparently from the HL2 alpha. It takes place in Ravenholm which is already creepy enough. I can see why they took the appearance out (as far as I know); he seems a bit out of character.

A few months ago, I happened upon a music video made by a group called the “Moffatts”. The song, has some “cute” lyrics, and it should; firstly it’s called “I think she likes me”, and secondly, none the people singing it are over 12 years old.

They preformed for a PBS pledge drive after the great success they attained. The best part of this one is that they present themselves a legit band, which I think is pretty cool of them. And makes me feel inferior, see as how I playing no instrument well.

And here they are preforming and being interviewed on some talk show they also do something called “the caterpillar crawl”. The host comments at the beginning “They’re being compared with the Osmonds.”

In making this post, I heard the thing about 10 times and realized they aren’t bad at singing at all, but that was all around 1995…. I’m sure they’re all heavy into drugs by now.
